Attempting to Get Washboard Abs not as difficult as most people believe. There are 3 main aspects of a program designed to get washboard six pack abs.

It's really that simple. But most people believe that ab training with crunches or sit-ups is the secret to geting flat washboard abs. This couldn't be further from the truth. Traditional style ab training is the least effective method to getting lean sexy washboard abs. Some of the best exercises aren't even crunches or sit-up type movements. Try this killer exercises that not only is a great exercise, but incorporates your full body. It doesn't LOOK like it will, but just give it a try, you'll be suprised at how effective it is:

Here's how to do it:

Get in a pushup position, place one hand on a medicine ball and one hand on the ground. Then you'll perform an explosive pushup. Rather than pausing and repeating at the top, continue through themotion and explode up while simultaneously rolling the ball to the opposite hand and then performing a pushup to the other side. Repeat back and forth This will create instability and off load one side of your body with each pushup. This more effectively engages your abdominal muscles, the stabilizer muscles within your shoulder, and the explosive movements focus on the fast twitch muscle fibers within your chest, triceps, upper back, and abdominals.
